Walking into class with Ena is at once calm and filled with contagious laughter. She helps us turn off the "critical self" tapes and listen to our bodies for how to get into the pose. At the beginning of each class Ena asks the participant if there are any physical issues that need addressing – tight hips, sore shoulders, trick knees – she then creates the day's class to include those areas of the body mentioned. Her laugh, her gentle encouragement to go inside and listen to the body, her ability to make the first time person feel comfortable as well as helping them modify the pose to their comfort level, gives everyone the freedom to be the very best of themselves in the class. To be in a Yoga class or private session with Ena is to be with one who understands the mind, body, spirit connection and helps open the doors to one's own self-discovery.
